I’m trying to send a Newsletter or SMS campaign to my clients and they don’t all show up.
If you want to send newsletters or an SMS campaign but it doesn’t show any email or phone number of the customers, you have to go to the filter marked GDPR and check (or uncheck) everything. The default program only selects you customers who have signed data protection in the program.
Then click on search and all customers who have an email or phone number in your system will come out.
Remember that the newsletter can be sent to a maximum of 2000 customers at a time, but you will be able to make as many shipments as you need.
