I forgot my password. How can I reset it?

If you do not remember your password, you have 2 options to reset it:

1.- Close the program completely and try to access with your user and on the login screen press the button to reset the password and send an email to that user address.

2.- Send an email to info@koibox.cloud from the user’s email account with your personal data asking us to reset it.
