Statistics show different results. Why?

What happens with sales and statistics, is that the amounts do not match, because in statistics, some factors are not considered such as points program, discounts on total sale, gift cards, etc.

If you want to know the total amount of sales, you have to look at it from:Cash Box > search sales, using the filters you want to know.
