How do I redeem a customer gift card?

From the sale window, at the time of collection select > OTHER > Gift Card and follow the steps indicated by the program (click on the gift card and select button to confirm the action).

If the entire amount is paid from the card you must click on "pay using gift card", if something is missing to pay, you will have to select the payment method of the rest of the amount.
