How can I request a program termination?

To apply for a cancellation, you must do so via a support ticket.


In the upper right corner of the program > click on your name and select "support" > once inside in "new" > choose department "billing" and fill out the other fields with the reason for the cancellation. In this way the administration department will take care of processing your application and will reply via the same channel as soon as possible.


Remember that the cancellation must be requested 15 days before the next payment.
