# I received an online appointment after hours. What happened?

The employee for whom you have received an appointment should have more hours than he works. You can check it as follows:

Go to configuration > employees > enter the employee’s tab for whom you have received an appointment and check the schedule of that week or in general. You will surely find that they had those extra hours available.
