# How can I set or configure sales targets for employees?

Configuration > employees > employee tab > targets. 

You can select the reference month and the monthly sales quota to be achieved as a target, once configured do not forget to save it. 

You can also view an historical of all the goals you have set. 

However, remember that the objectives and commissions are separate.
